Middle East travel tips  are actually a combination of travel tips to countries located in this region but actually classified as being part of Europe, Asia or Africa. This region, also reffered to as the Near East, has played a central role in human history and has had numerous roles as different centers of world affairs.

In addition, this region is the historical homes to many world religions including Judiasm, Christianity, Islam and the Baha'i Faith - many of whom hold the region to be sacred and the land to be blessed by God for various reasons. Because of this convergence of religions, the region has been a center of conflict for as long as it has been a center of political and social affairs for humanity.  

Middle East Travel Tips by Country

The Middle East is a region, not a continent or a country, making it much more subjective as to which countries are classified to belong to it. I have included this page on Middle East travel tips therefore, mostly for ease of navigation and use.  All of these countries, cities and territories you will also find linked in their appropriate continent's travel tips page. However, I know I wouldn't look for Saudi Arabia Travel Tips in the Asia section, even though I know it is an Asian country.
